About The Growth Collective
Carrie, through The Growth Collective helps Christian women form deep roots and grow into who God created them to be — with the confidence to step into what He's calling them toward.
Our Approach
Growth, to us, is more than setting goals - it's about uncovering the woman God created you to be, and finding the confidence to grow into that fully.
Together, we explore four things:
- Identity and Roots: Who has God created you to be? We start here, because you can't sustainably grow into your calling while disconnected from who you were made to be.
- Purpose and Season: What is God inviting you into right now? Purpose isn't always a job title or a platform - it can be seasonal, evolving, and deeply personal.
- Courage and Confidence: What would it look like to stop making yourself smaller? We work on the practical courage it takes to actually step forward.
- Fruitful Living: How do you build a life that lets what God is growing in you flourish? This is where insight becomes daily practice.

Meet Carrie - Growth Companion, Speaker and Writer

Hi, I'm Carrie.
I help Christian women form deep roots and grow into who God created them to be - with the confidence to step into what He's calling them toward.
For a long time my work was about helping women "reach their potential." But the longer I've walked this out, with the women journeyed beside and in my own life, the more I've realised it was never really about potential. It's about identity.
You can't grow into who you're called to become while you're disconnected from who you were created to be.
That's what I'm building through The Growth Collective: Writing, resources and a community for Christian women who feel a bit lost or disconnected right now, and want to feel deeply rooted again, and confident enough to actually step into what God's put in front of them.
I'm not a coach in the traditional sense, and I haven't trained as a spiritual director either. Think of me more as a companion for the journey, someone a few steps further along, who can walk beside you as you form deep roots and build a life that's actually fruitful.
